The Taubertal Festival in Rothenburg ob der Tauber once again showed why it is one of the most favoured festivals in Germany. Great bands, a friendly crowd, and the beautiful valley created a weekend to remember. Friday started strong with From Fall to Spring, Hilltop Hoods and Enter Shikari. Then I Prevail gave fans a touching moment with lighters in the air, before Papa Roach finished off the night with big hits and fireworks. The only downside: only one woman, Paula Carolina, played the festival this year, leaving fans wishing for a more diverse lineup next year. Saturday was full of surprises. Irie Révoltés were back with a bang, Heisskalt and Team Scheisse rocked the smaller stage, and the funny Bobbycar race had everyone cheering. At night, the quarry after-party kept people dancing until morning. Sunday wrapped up all the fun. The Chats went wild, Nothing But Thieves delivered a strong show, and headliner Yungblud closed the festival with amazing energy and a touching tribute to Ozzy Osbourne. Taubertal was also special because it was green: 100% green energy, reusable cups, and eco-friendly camping. In conclusion: Taubertal 2025 was full of music, fun, and heart. With a little more diversity on stage, next year’s 30th anniversary could be the best yet.
